1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Time Liberation Services (“we,” “us”) and the use of our social media management services. By hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and community management services as described in your specific proposal or invoice. We agree to perform these services with reasonable skill and care.
3. 30-Day Rolling Terms
Unlike many agencies, we do not lock you into long-term yearly contracts.
Term: Our agreements operate on a 30-day rolling basis.
Renewal: Your service automatically renews each month unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your services at any time by giving us 30 days’ written notice via email to info@timeliberation.net. This ensures we can finalize any scheduled posts and hand over your assets cleanly.
4. Payment
Invoices are issued monthly in advance.
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to pause all work and posting if payment is not received by the due date.
5. Client Responsibilities
To get the best results, you agree to:
Provide us with necessary access to your social media accounts.
Supply brand assets (logos, images) in a timely manner.
Approve content schedules within the agreed timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property
Content Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the rights to all final content (posts, graphics, captions) we create for you.
Our Portfolio: We reserve the right to display the work we have done for you in our portfolio and case studies to showcase our services.
7. Liability
Results: While we strive to “Move The Needle” and improve your growth, specific results (followers, sales, viral reach) depend on platform algorithms and market conditions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific quantitative outcomes.
Platform Changes: We are not liable for changes made by third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) that affect your account or reach.
Limitation: Our total liability to you under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
