What we build.
Four ways we can take work off you and your team. Pick one to see what it is and the jobs it handles.
Copilot set-up and training
Copilot is the AI assistant built into Microsoft 365. It can draft a reply to a tricky email, and with the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on it can sum up a meeting you missed. We set it up and train your team, so less time goes on writing from scratch.
Jobs it takes off your week
- Writing the Monday report
- Sorting a full inbox
- Typing up meeting notes

Is it worth automating?
Think of one job that bugs you. If most of the first list fits it, it's a good one to hand over.

Good to automate
- It happens every day or every week
- It follows the same steps each time
- It means copying details from one place to another
- It starts with something you can predict: an email, a form or a date
- Mistakes in it cost you time or money
Leave these to people
- Decisions that need your judgement
- One-off jobs
- Conversations that need a person
A good automation still leaves the final say with a person. It does the typing and the chasing, then asks someone to check it and say yes.
Everyday jobs that can run themselves.
A few examples to give you the idea. Yours would be built around how your business works.
Invoices logged for you
No more opening each invoice email and typing the details into a spreadsheet. Copilot reads each one, the details go into Excel and the PDF is saved in SharePoint, your team's shared online filing cabinet.
New starters set up from one form
Instead of setting up folders, Teams access and a welcome email by hand, you fill in one form. Power Automate does the rest. It's included in Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard and Premium and moves details between your apps.
The Monday report, already built
Nobody has to pull figures from three places every Monday to make one table. Copilot writes a short summary from your Excel and SharePoint figures, ready and waiting in Teams.
Enquiries sent to the right person
Reading every enquiry just to work out who should deal with it? Copilot sorts each one by type, passes it to the right person in Teams and drafts a reply for them to check.
What is it costing you?

Hand over
We walk your team through it and leave simple notes. If anything needs changing later, you call Davie.
Automation questions.
Not necessarily. If you're on Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard or Premium, you already have Power Automate, a tool that moves information between your apps for you. A lot of useful jobs run on that alone. Microsoft 365 Copilot, the AI that works with your own email and files, costs extra per person. We'll check what your plan includes on the intro call.
We keep it inside your own Microsoft 365 wherever we can. That way it stays under the security you already have, and your current rules on who can see what still apply.
Jobs that come round often, follow the same steps and start with something predictable, like an email, a form or a date. For example, typing enquiries into a spreadsheet, chasing invoice approvals, building the same weekly report or setting up a new starter. If you re-type the same details every week, start there.
That's fine. We do the building, then give your team a walkthrough and simple notes at handover, so nobody has to work it out alone. If anything needs changing later, you call Davie.
Let's stop
the clock.
Book a free 15-minute intro call and tell us which jobs are eating your week. We'll tell you plainly what we could take off your plate.
